If a handcrafted doll is deemed to be faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund your money or have the doll back for repair as long as the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Replacement dolls will not be issued…unless it’s a special case! Please contact us at email@example.com for instructions on returning your handmade baby doll. Please note we don't cover shipping or import fees on returns and we do not refund the original shipping charges to you.
The waldorf style doll must be in new, un-played with condition to receive your refund. Refund will be issued once the doll has come back to the studio and is reviewed.
If your doll needs a repair after the 30 day period, please contact us for instructions on how to fix or how to send the doll back for repair at firstname.lastname@example.org. Some fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
All sales are final.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
Our doll orders are shipped out every Wednesday mornings. Packages are sent through USPS & Canada Post and are trackable through their website. All packages to CANADA and the USA come with tracking numbers sent to your email.
