Shipping & Handling Our Heirloom Dolls
All packages sent to Canada and the US are sent Expedited. The 15" Waldorf Dolls and Little Buddies come with tracking numbers (in Canada and the US ONLY) and your number will be mailed out to your through the Canada Post website once your handmade doll is ready to ship (check your junk mail folder if you don't receive it, the messages can sometimes end up in there). The packages are being shipped from Canada so there may be a delay with customs - this is VERY rare, but it can happen sometimes. If you need a waldorf doll - like next day - we can send it via UPS - that runs around $100. Crazy, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!

International packages under the 2lb weight can be shipped via Small Packet Air International (and do not include a tracking number) - over this weight and the package has to go International Air Package - the cost on this service increases quite a bit once this service has to be used.
I can't be responsible for lost items in the mail. It very, very rarely happens but I thought I should say something about it. I will do my best and phone the postal service to try to track your item, but rest assured, if this ever does happen - we will try our hardest to find your doll!
