Terms and Conditions
All dolls are sold as shown. Because of the handmade nature of the dolls, variances can occur in eye shape, head size, hair thickness, and body structure. These variances cannot be used as a reason for return. If you are at all unhappy with your doll, the doll can be returned for a full refund as long as the doll is in new, and sellable condition. Please contact us at email@example.com for instructions on your return. Shipping will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please note, your doll must be in perfect condition, and your return must be approved by Bamboletta Ltd. before it is shipped back to the studio.
Our return policy may not apply when the doll is purchased by a third-party. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please review our returns policy and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unhappy with your doll.
If something has been specially requested by the purchaser (ie. Messy buns or Freckles) and was not fulfilled, the purchaser then has the choice to either pay shipping to have the doll made up as requested or we will send them a comp on our behalf. Please contact us before sending the doll back.
