Meet Blanche, one of our cherished heirloom dolls, handmade with love and intention. Her sunkissed cotton skin comes from specialty tricot sourced in the Netherlands, her blue eyes are delicately hand embroidered, and her hair is created from wool and mohair yarns many of them hand dyed, spun and hand stitched strand by strand. She’s stuffed with clean, carded Canadian wool, giving her a natural, comforting weight that children adore.

Standing 20–22" tall, Forever Friends are leaner, longer limbed, and delightfully floppy ... perfect for cuddles, imaginative play, or simply sitting close by. Each doll carries a secret pocket with a tiny crystal heart (that we’ve put love into!) and a note, waiting for new messages from you. Parents often tuck in little love notes for their child, and many grown-ups tell us they write something to their nine year old selves, a keepsake of who they were when magic still felt so near.

Forever Friends are especially close to our hearts because they embody that tender stage of life around ages 9 to 11, that moment on the cusp of growing up, when possibilities feel endless and a child’s essence shines through.
